Warrick did a great job explaining the procedure of having our large gum tree removed and all the steps we would need to prepare as well. His team was very efficient on the day and had the gum down in a few hours and left the area tidy and clean. His service was terrific, we would reach out again if we had a need and highly recommend to anyone needing his services.

Professional outfit. Warwick came to quote the job within 3 days of the initial website contact. Once the quotation was accepted Top Cut were on site within two days with Warwick and a team of 4, with crane, excavator, truck and large mulcher. Arrived at 0930 and took down 5 medium sized trees (53cm dia X 15-20m high) within 3 hours. When I say took down I mean they used the excavator and dug out the stumps and took them off site so I had no stumps to worry about......suited me right down to the ground, so to speak! Love your work Top Cut, they sure are a cut above the rest, I know, I know, probably been said a hundred times before, still a goodun'.

Warrick prioritised the work performed for us, keeping the neighbour happy first with trimming of trees away from power lines, and then our tenant was left overjoyed after the removal to ground lvl of large conifers, eliminating droppings & letting in soooo much light. Warrick really knows what he's talking about. I will definitely use him & his team again . :)

Warrick visited our property the very next day after I called regarding some trees that were showing signs of root failure (ground cracking up around their bases) after all the recent rains and strong winds.Warrick also identified a Dangerous Tree close to our House.From the very start Warrick was Polite and Friendly. Warrick and his team was excellent. I am so glad I called on Topcut Tree Services to remove my trees. The quote (I got 4), wait times and advice on how to go about the project were realistic and it was communicated very well to me by Warrick. Even my neighbours were all impressed with their efficiency, equipment (grinder, chipper, crane) and most of all safety by Topcut. I was more concerned in the safety for pedestrians, drivers who pass by and the boys. But the service was delivered smoothly. The groundsmen directed the traffic as well as the large tree stumps into the chipper and the grinding was combined effort as it required some tricky manoeuvring into my garden, the abseiler arborist self belayed and was very good with in his ropes and did not seem fazed by much. They helped me prune some trees too. Overall very happy with result and what a great team. Lovely blokes.

Top Cut Trees Team are so professional. We were so impressed that they stopped work as we had found a bat entangled in the palms. They stopped work to rescue the bat. Extremely conscientious, precise in dropping tree in tricky situations and aware of environmental issues such as bats, bee colony etc. You pay for what you get! Highly recommended!
